A French fashion brand, known for their raw, effortless and classic designs is currently seeking for a Store Manager based in Melbourne. Representing the label with pride and passion, the successful candidate will provide team leadership, achieve KPI’s and store budget, drive brand loyalty through excellent and memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Generate sales to achieve targets, managing and working with team to optimise outcomes
  • Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge across all brands
  • Communicate to staff brand values, clear action plans and priorities to achieve daily and monthly, ability to train and coach staff members
  • Ensure effective inventory management including stocktake, variances and recommendations for: full price seasonal & ongoing, markdown and damaged inventory
  • Establish and maintain customer loyalty by providing a memorable in-store experience
  • Work in conjunction with HQ in regards on operational tasks, budgets, ad hoc basis, analyse sales reports and data
  • Provide excellent post-sale service through follow ups, requests and feedbacks

Requirements and Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years management experience within fashion retail or similar environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to use technology as a communication tool
  • Denim experience prefered but not mandatory
  • Proven success of staff leadership and sales experience in high conversion rate in a low foot traffic environment
  • Demonstrative experience in retail CRM; the ability to attract and nurture client relationships
  • Collaborative, proactive, attention to detail and responsible outlook
