A luxury world leading company is currently seeking for a Logistic Administrator based in Sydney.  The main responsibilities of the successful candidate will coordinate the daily activities of the Logistics and Supply Chain functions in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance to customs and local authorities ‘procedure and regulations within the set allocated time frame .

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage applications for Cites Permit and inventory control
  • Verify overseas supplier re-export Cites Permit and oversee return used overseas re-export Cites Permit to Wildlife Australia
  • Monitoring and processing of inbound and outbound orders with SAP transactions
  • Generate and perform Post Goods Receipt and Issue (PGR & PGI)
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound shipments- invoice dispatch, co-ordinate with forwarder, export shipping booking, prepare re-export cites permit
  • Arrange and organise domestic couriers and deliveries of POSM with 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider
  • Stock management- conduct periodic cycle count, pick and pack stocks from photo shoots and events

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in logistics(warehousing and freight) and SAP eWM
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to be proactive, takes initiative and work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give effective status updates
