Our Client, an international high-end luxury jewellery brand is seeking for an experienced and passionate Sales Associate to join their Brisbane Boutique. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will require delivering quality and consistent service through developing client relationships and delivering outstanding post-sale services.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the level of service and attention to detail that is required working with a luxury brand and innately understanding etiquette and the lifestyle of the brands clients
  •  Achieving and exceeding personal KPI’s by identifying customer needs and nurturing long term client relationships
  • Delivering post-sale client follow ups, enquiries and concerns to establish and maintain client relationships
  •  Working closely with a team to manage day to day operations of the boutique
  • Maintaining stock control through consolidation and stock take
  • Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs

Requirements and Capabilities:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
  • Deep understanding of the importance of nurturing clients and ensuring each client is delighted. The successful candidate must identify opportunities for growth of the brand with existing and new clients
  • Proven record of strong time management and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to commit on 38 hours a week including weekends
